From PMA Aviation to W Aviation Group: why we’ve taken off in a (new) direction ✈️
After years of soaring as PMA Aviation, we’re excited to announce our new identity: W Aviation Group. But don’t worry – it’s the same experienced crew on board, just with a new livery and a clearer flight plan.
So… why the change? Grab your boarding pass – here’s the story:
1. We’ve outgrown our old hangar
What started as a lean aviation consultancy has expanded into a full-service aviation group. From airline representation (GSA) to airport route development, legal and PR support, HR services, and tourism partnerships – our operations outgrew the PMA label. We needed a name (and structure) that reflected what we really do. Spoiler: it’s a lot.
2. Time to fly higher – and farther
We’re now involved in projects across Central and Eastern Europe and beyond. The name W Aviation Group gives us room to grow internationally and signals the broader scope of our work. PMA was the launchpad – W is the fleet.
3. Organized for the future
Let’s be honest – growth is exciting, but also chaotic if not structured well. With W Aviation Group, we’ve streamlined our services into clearly defined verticals, built a scalable team, and made it easier for partners (and ourselves!) to know who does what, where, and how.
What does this mean for our clients and partners?
Then (PMA) | Now (W Aviation Group) |
Boutique consultancy | Full-spectrum aviation project team |
Local presence | Regional and international footprint |
One brand | One structured group of services |
Good coffee | Still good coffee (but now with branding) ☕✈️ |
Final approach
This isn’t just a name change – it’s a natural evolution. We’re still passionate about connecting airports, airlines, and destinations. But now we’re doing it with a clearer identity, a stronger team, and a brand ready for take-off in new markets.
Thanks for flying with us so far – and welcome aboard W Aviation Group.
One more think – there is a new slogan: Reach your Destination.
Will you?
